Starcon Auto Hub opened in 2018 with a simple idea: a workshop that answers the phone, sticks to its quoted price, and shows the customer exactly what was done. Seven years on, that is still the rule the team works by.

From the first phone call to the keys back in your hand — this is exactly how a visit unfolds.

  1. Booking

    Tell us the model, year and what you have noticed. We confirm a slot, expected duration and a ballpark cost.

  2. Condition check

    A 25-minute walk-around, OBD pull and lift-up inspection. Findings are documented with photos.

  3. Approved repair

    No work starts until you have approved the written estimate. You decide what to fix today and what can wait.

  4. Handover

    Short road test, paperwork explained in plain language and a service report mailed to you the same evening.

What people ask before their first visit

What does a typical first visit look like?
We start with a free 25-minute condition check. You meet the technician handling your car, we walk through findings on a tablet, and you leave with a written estimate. No work begins until you say so.
Can you service hybrids and electric vehicles?
Yes. Our high-voltage bay is set up for hybrid battery diagnostics, inverter checks and EV thermal-system service. Two of our technicians hold Level-3 EV certification.
Do you keep parts in stock for popular models?
We carry consumables (filters, fluids, brake pads, wipers) for the twenty most-driven models in the Klang Valley. Less common items are usually couriered within 24 hours.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Every job is covered by a 12-month / 20,000 km workmanship warranty. Parts carry the original manufacturer warranty in addition.
How long does a major service usually take?
A major service with brake inspection, fluids and a road test takes roughly four hours. We can arrange a loan car if you book the slot one working day in advance.
Can I wait at the workshop while it is being serviced?
Of course. The lounge has fast Wi-Fi, cold drinks and a clear view of the bays so you can see exactly what is happening to your car.
